- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Avoid these people. I had a number of windows replaced by them after a vandalism incident. The drivers window makes a scratching noise when it winds up or down as a result of broken glass left inside. There was glass all over the car after they left it inlcuding in the air blowers which I wasnt warned about so when I turned them on I ended up with a face full of glass. The job was completed through the insurance but I was told I needed to pay upfront and my card would be refunded on the Monday when they could contact the insurance to confirm my policy covered glass replacement but despite contacting them 4 times since and further promises of the refund (for over £400) I had to contact nationwide to complain before it was finally completed over 2 weeks later. I then received a call to confirm the payment had been refunded and but could I contact them directly if there was any difficulties!By Admin, May 25, 2018
