  I applied for an Apprenticeship on the NAS website, and within a few days, Joint Learning contacted me inviting me to have a chat with one of their training co-ordinates. I went along to the (very relaxed) interview, and felt completely at ease.
  
  After my interview, I was invited to go to an induction day and 5 days later came out with 2 excellent job interviews for Estate Agencies! I was over the moon as you can imagine! Dee Darby, the Senior Placement Officer had one-to-ones with all of us and was calling companies trying to arrange interviews for all of us. She really is brilliant and it seems as though she wont stop until she finds a suitable Apprenticeship fit for the person. I know that Dee does it purely for the Learners and not just for numbers-sake.
  
  The team at Joint Learning are focused on each of their Learners as individuals, and provided excellent and extremely useful lessons on all sorts such as C.V writing, covering letters and interviews.
  Both Tony & Maureen are excellent and treat each of their Learners with respect you just dont get in big colleges and schools.
  
  Signing up to Joint Learning is the best thing I could have done - I know it sounds cliché but Im being entirely honest. I have come out with a future in a career in Real Estate and a fantastic Apprenticeship.
  
  I cant thank the team enough, and if they ever read this I hope they can tell I am so overwhelmed and thrilled I am.
